As Team Lead, Payroll Operations, you’ll take on a player-coach role, managing a team of Payroll Specialists while actively supporting payroll execution across multiple customers and entities. You will drive process improvements, maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships, and serve as a subject matter expert for payroll compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for assigned Swiss customers and provide guidance to team members as a subject matter expert

• Lead a team of Payroll Specialists to ensure timely and compliant payroll delivery

• Implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls

• Analyze payroll data to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements

• Deliver training and communication to internal teams to ensure understanding of payroll processes

• Manage relationships with payroll vendors and tax authorities to ensure timely filings and payments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience processing Swiss payroll for multiple entities

• Strong working knowledge of Swiss payroll and HR regulations

• Experience with Swiss payroll systems and vendor management

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working cross functionally

• Bonus for People management experience
