We're looking for a dynamic, Dutch-speaking Field Marketer to own the execution for our Belgian market. You'll be a key player in our high-energy marketing duo, collaborating closely with our current Field Marketer and various business stakeholders. In this role, you’ll have the creative freedom to shape how we present our "Value Accelerators" to the world.

Who are we looking for?

Someone with a "go-getter" attitude and the same drive as our team! You'll report toour Sales & Marketing Director in Belgium and work as a peer to our Field Marketer for Cloud. We value individual responsibility, but we're also a tight-knit team that thrives on collaboration. We need a creative executioner: someone who can think of a brilliant concept and then roll up their sleeves to make it happen. You'll be part of a global marketing community of 80+ marketers across 18 countries!

Your Mission:

You'll be the driving force behind our Belgian marketing activities for our core Value Accelerators: Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Creative Tech, and I-Tech. Your primary goal?Bridge the gap between these expert pillars and partners like Databricks and RedHat, to generate leads, manage stakeholder expectations, and fuel sales growth through efficient, results-oriented collaboration.

What will you do?

• Design and execute creative customer and prospect events from concept to"boots on the ground" preparation.
• Bridge the pillars by finding opportunities to amplify our specialized expertise(Cyber, AI) through our partner-led activities.
• Take the reins on sponsorships for major partner forums and local tech events, ensuring a premium Devoteam experience.
• Develop and execute ABM plans for key clients, acting as a collaborative partner to sales and business directors.
• Manage expectations and efficency by acting as the marketing point of contactfor internal business leads.
• Craft compelling success stories that highlight our unique value proposition in the Belgian market.
• Measure success by owning your budget and being accountable for maximizing ROI through clear data and reporting.

What do you bring to the table?

• You've taken your first steps in the exciting world of B2B marketing, ideally with a passion for IT.

• You have a maximum of 5 years of experience, as this role is perfect for junior to mid-level professionals eager to grow.

• You're a pro at creating and executing B2B marketing plans.

• You're a strong communicator, both in Dutch and English. French is a plus !

• You're a master at navigating a complex stakeholder landscape and keeping everyone happy.

• You take initiative, chase opportunities, and thrive in a collaborative "squad" environment

• Experience with IT partner marketing is a plus.
