Devoteam Cyber Trust | Vulnerability Manager / DevSecOps | Mobility Sector

We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevSecOps Engineer to join the IT Ops & Cloud team within the IT Ops & Security department.

This role will focus on implementing and managing Security and DevOps practices to streamline IT operations and software development, fostering collaboration and automation.

 

What will you be doing?

• Solid understanding of security concepts, including threat modeling, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.

• Experience with integrating security best practices at every stage of the SDLC.

• Manage and monitor the organisation's infrastructure, including provisioning, scaling, and maintaining bare metal servers, virtual machines, and cloud resources in MS Azure.

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.

• Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Security & DevOps practices and toolchains.

• Stay current with the latest DevSecOps /Devops technologies and trends.

 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a DevSecOps/DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.

• Experience in DevSecOps & DevOps principles and practices.

• Experience in MS Azure cloud platform and services.

• Experience with containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana and Datadog).

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash and PowerShell).

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

 

Nice to have

Relevant certifications such as:

• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher

• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or higher

• Azure DevOps Engineer or higher

• Experience with SQL Server and MySQL databases administration.

• Proficiency in information security principles, cybersecurity best practices, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Top Critical Security Controls).
