About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide full administrative support to senior leadership. This position ensures smooth daily operations, manages executive schedules, and facilitates communication across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and trustworthy with confidential information.
Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars including meetings, appointments, and travel
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
• Act as the main contact between executives and stakeholders
• Coordinate and monitor project deadlines to ensure timely task completion
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Support daily administrative tasks and special projects for executives
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting C-level executives
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
