About the Role Are you ready to drive momentum and make an impact? As Director of Progress, you’ll lead the charge in CRM operations, LinkedIn strategy, campaign execution, and vendor coordination. You’ll work closely with leadership (including Neil) to ensure our outreach strategy is sharp, aligned, and effective. What You’ll Do ✅ CRM & Campaign Management (Go High Level)
Own all CRM operations inside Go High Level (GHL). Build and optimize drip campaigns, nurture sequences, tagging, and automations. Translate leadership content into structured, impactful outreach. Monitor performance metrics and workflow health.
✅ LinkedIn & Social Media Execution
Manage LinkedIn posting strategy, visibility, and engagement for the organization and key leaders. Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with leadership tone. Coordinate content calendars, scheduling, and analytics. Support light social media content creation (copy, captions, repurposing).
✅ Communication & Coordination
Be the primary point of contact for campaign execution and messaging flow. Draft and refine communication for LinkedIn, email, and CRM touchpoints. Ensure leadership messaging is clear and aligned across platforms.
✅ Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external marketing/CRM vendors. Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality of work. Keep vendors aligned with brand standards and priorities.
What We’re Looking For ✔ 3+ years of CRM and digital marketing experience (preferably with Go High Level). ✔ Strong communication and copywriting skills — able to match leadership tone. ✔ Expertise in LinkedIn engagement strategy. ✔ Experience running campaigns, drip sequences, and automated funnels. ✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects. ✔ Ability to manage vendors and hold partners accountable. Nice-to-Have: ✨ Social media management or content creation background. ✨ Familiarity with analytics dashboards and reporting. ✨ Experience supporting executives or high-visibility leadership online.
