About the Role
Join the command center of a fast-moving operations consulting company—where clarity, systems, and service meet. You’ll support the CEO and active contract clients by managing internal operations and delivering a polished client experience. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrive in organized workflows.
Key Responsibilities Internal Support
Manage calendars, scheduling, and reminders. Organize digital files, SOPs, and internal systems. Track tasks and deliverables across projects. Prepare weekly summaries and progress reports. Assist with launches, events, and social media tasks. Build and update templates and workflows.
Client Support
Prepare materials for client meetings. Update CRMs, timelines, and deliverables. Execute administrative tasks (uploading, tagging, editing). Support onboarding for new clients. Manage tasks in Airtable, Google Workspace, Brivity, Command, Follow Up Boss. Handle follow-up messages and schedule coordination. Monitor project progress and escalate issues early.
Systems & Technology
Navigate CRMs (Brivity, Command, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Airtable). Use Google Workspace tools with ease. Communicate via Zoom, Slack, and email. Support light automation tasks and data entry.
Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written). 3+ years as Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar roles. Real estate experience highly preferred. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with CRMs and task management tools. Proficiency in Google Workspace. Positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
