Our company is looking for an experienced Contract specialist who knows how to handle all types of contracts from standard utilities to vendor negotiations. It is important to have good and comprehensive knowledge of domestic law and general knowledge of essential international rules about the contract's issues. In addition, you must be familiar with the business environment and it is preferred to be about Tech company and their functions and structures. Lastly, with the passion for learning and advancement, as well as accuracy and excellent communication skills, you are able to play an effective role in Divar's contract team.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, revising and negotiating contracts in English and Persian, monitoring contract execution and compliance, recommending improvements and innovations to oversee the contract process and ensuring contract accuracy.
- Research and study referred subjects.
- Drafts and reviews documents assuring that respective legal policies and strategies are followed.
- Considering key legal topics including liability, indemnities, intellectual property, data protection, and standard form of contracts.
- Attending meetings as a legal representative with various internal and external parties and providing legal analysis, drafting legal documents, and minutes.
- Preparing, drafting, and reviewing various types of legal letters and similar documents including notices, warnings, revocation/termination, declarations, etc.
- Assisting the Legal team in various referred matters.
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents.
- Building relationships with internal and external customers to insure legal service delivery quality at best level.
- Oversee and support Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection, including evaluating risks, ensuring proper contractual safeguards, advising on IP-related clauses, and assisting in enforcement efforts when necessary.
- Collaborate on the implementation, development, and optimization of the company’s Contract Management System (CMS), including defining requirements, evaluating legal workflows, and ensuring system compliance with legal standards.
