DroneSense is seeking a proven National Sales Manager to lead and scale our Account Management team and Regional Account Executives across the United States.
This role is responsible for driving revenue performance, coaching and developing sales talent, and ensuring consistent execution across the full customer lifecycle—from new logo acquisition to expansion and long-term retention. You will play a critical role in translating company strategy into day-to-day execution while building a high-performing, customer-centric sales organization.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of sales leadership, public sector experience, and operational discipline, with a demonstrated ability to run structured enterprise sales motions in support of public safety agencies.
