We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing GTM team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in their career who loves working with data and wants to learn how data powers revenue growth in a fast-scaling SaaS company.
Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards and data models that track key metrics like pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.
Analyze GTM data to help Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success make data-driven decisions.
Use Power BI and Snowflake to combine data from different systems and create insights across the full customer lifecycle.
Support forecasting and revenue performance analysis, including pipeline tracking and deal stage analysis.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and consistency in Salesforce and Snowflake.
Work closely with RevOps and other commercial leadership to identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Partner with internal teams on ad-hoc analysis, data requests, and operational projects.
Contribute to documentation and process improvements within the Revenue Operations function.
1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a similar data-focused role.
Strong skills in SQL and comfort working with large datasets (Snowflake or similar experience preferred).
Hands-on experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
Working knowledge of Power BI (or willingness to learn quickly).
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Interest in SaaS, GTM operations, and learning how Revenue Operations drives company growth.
Learn the full spectrum of Revenue Operations, from data analytics to GTM process optimization.
Get hands-on experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Power BI, and Gong in a real-world SaaS environment.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data teams.
