Marketing Operations Specialist

Location: Ebury Warsaw office - 4 days in the office, 1 day of home office / week

Are you a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for automation and optimization? We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Specialist to be the bridge between marketing and sales. In this role, you'll be a key driver of our growth, ensuring our marketing funnel is automated, measurable, and highly efficient.

What You’ll Do:

Design and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, personalized communications, and customer lifecycle stages.
Develop and deliver reports and dashboards that clearly communicate campaign performance, MQL conversion, and marketing ROI.
Manage the configuration, administration, and optimization of Account Engagement (Pardot), ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
Partner with the sales team to refine lead scoring models and ensure high-quality handoffs between marketing and sales.

What You’ll Bring:

Demonstrated experience in marketing automation (specifically Pardot/Account Engagement) and Salesforce.
Solid understanding of lead nurturing, email marketing, and segmentation principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or CRM Analytics).
