We're looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Operations Analyst to play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience across the organization. This is an opportunity to join a growing company and help elevate, professionalize, and optimize our P&C Operations, covering payroll, data accuracy, onboarding, benefits administration, and process improvement.

Own and execute payroll-related processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth monthly experience for employees.
Maintain reliable HR data and documentation across systems and spreadsheets, ensuring consistency and completeness.
Lead and support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring an outstanding and compliant employee experience.
Administer employee benefits programs and act as a trusted point of contact for employees with payroll, HR, or benefits-related questions.
Partner closely with Finance and other teams to resolve discrepancies, support reporting needs, and ensure alignment.
Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and digitize HR processes; help design better workflows and more scalable practices.
Support People & Culture initiatives and projects, contributing to the continuous evolution of the area.
2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation, HR Administration, or similar roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and accountability.
Experience working with HRIS tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP, Odoo) and advanced use of spreadsheets or data tools.
Solid understanding of payroll dynamics, employment processes, compliance considerations, or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset when supporting employees and managers.
Analytical thinking, curiosity, and a proactive approach to improving processes rather than just maintaining them.
