Position Overview:
As Manager, Cloud Operations, you will lead and develop a global distributed team responsible for the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our cloud-based SaaS platforms. You will be accountable for establishing and maturing operational processes, contributing to technical standards and cloud architecture, and building a high-performing team capable of supporting a growing, mission-critical SaaS environment.
This role partners closely with Engineering, Architecture, Application Development, Corporate Systems, and external vendors and service providers. Within this ecosystem, you will oversee the delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of our cloud offerings and the environments in which they operate. You will ensure cloud infrastructure is effectively managed, monitored, and optimized, while providing clear leadership, direction, and development for the team executing this work.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role, requiring strong cloud operations expertise alongside proven people-management capability. A critical aspect of success in this position is experience leading through rapid growth and transformation, helping evolve an enterprise software organization into a modern, efficient, world-class SaaS business through scalable processes, disciplined operations, and strong technical governance.
