Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform Quality Assurance manual testing of web-based applications
Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
Collaborate with QA Director, Test Lead, developers, and other members of the team
Support the ongoing creation and development of approaches to Quality Assurance
Proactively communicate status updates of issues and resolutions to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
Expertise in testing web client-server applications
Experience in different testing methodologies and approaches
Strong experience with TestRail (or other TMS), issue tracking systems, and related tools
Experience in writing checklists and test cases creation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of bug tracking and test case management tools (Jira, TestRail)
You have an ownership mentality with a strong bias to action and a preference for being hands-on
Ability to learn new technology fast and working in a fast-growing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Expertise with Selenium based automation frameworks as a plus
Cross-browser/platform testing skills
Understanding the health/insurance industry
