Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls by either forwarding relevant calls or addressing inquiries directly.
- Manage inbound social media communications to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize the company's booking system as needed to assist customers with reservations and inquiries.
- Send follow-up text messages during or after phone calls to provide additional information or confirm details.
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
