About the Role:
This role plays a key part in how Employ executes its sales compensation programs and ensures accurate, timely, and trusted commission outcomes. As Commission Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and improvement of our commission processes, helping translate compensation strategy into reliable, scalable execution.
You’ll focus on operational excellence, data integrity, and rep experience — ensuring sellers are paid correctly, plans are applied consistently, and questions are resolved clearly and fairly. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in sales compensation and revenue operations within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
You’ll partner closely with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and HR to support compensation programs that motivate sellers while protecting financial integrity.
