Role Summary
We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to own the backend, operations, and performance of our TikTok Shop as we scale.
This role is responsible for making sure everything behind the scenes is tight. From product setup and pricing, to promotions, inventory, compliance, and reporting. You’ll be the connective tissue between teams, ensuring TikTok Shop is not just live, but optimized, reliable, and ready to grow.
This is an operator role, not a content role. You don’t need to be on camera. You need to know how TikTok Shop actually works.
What You’ll Own
TikTok Shop Operations
- Own day-to-day management of our TikTok Shop backend
- Ensure product listings, pricing, bundles, promos, and discounts are accurate and optimized
- Manage catalog setup, compliance, and platform requirements
- Troubleshoot issues quickly (listings, payouts, errors, flags)
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Ops and Supply Chain to align inventory, fulfillment, and forecasts
- Work with CX to ensure smooth post-purchase experience and issue resolution
- Collaborate with Creative and Live teams to ensure shop setup supports conversion
- Align with Finance on payouts, fees, and reporting
Performance & Scaling
- Monitor TikTok Shop KPIs: GMV, conversion rate, AOV, refunds, cancellations
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve performance
- Build processes that allow TikTok Shop to scale without breaking
- Stay ahead of TikTok Shop feature updates and best practices
Creator & Affiliate Enablement (Backend)
- Support affiliate setup, tracking, and compliance
- Ensure product links, commissions, and promotions are set up correctly
- Help creators sell effectively by making the shop frictionless
