With offices in Milan and Rome, we are building a fast-growing consulting platform with an initial focus on Consumer Goods, Fashion & Luxury, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Industrial Goods and Private Equity industries, on a clear path of rapid expansion.

How You’ll Make a Difference 

Throughout each project, you will combine core management consulting skills with the capabilities required to apply innovative, advanced corporate finance and value creation techniques, contributing to the develompment of leading-edge knowledge in areas at the intersection of strategy, corporate finance and implementation. 

You will cultivate trusted relationships with clients’ top-management and help refine Exentially’s model for supporting leading organizations across Italy and Europe. 

In this position, you will lead both small and large teams, while mentoring and developing junior colleagues. You will play a key role within the practice leadership group and help shape the strategy that drives our growth.

You will be based in our Milan or Rome office, working across multiple industries and advising clients on their most demanding topics, including corporate strategy, M&A, due diligence, and performance improvement.
