Why This Role Is Important to Field Nation
We’re hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to join Field Nation’s Finance team and act as the analytical engine for growth, margin improvement, and strategic initiatives. This person will build rigorous models, translate marketplace metrics into commercial levers, support investor and executive reporting, and partner closely with Product, Ops, Sales, and the Executive Team to drive data-backed decisions.
This position reports to the Director of FP&A and is based in Minneapolis, MN. Remote candidates with the right skillset will also be considered.
