Why is this role important to Field Nation?
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the declarative health, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams. This role moves beyond day-to-day operations to lead complex configuration projects, define system standards, and enforce governance across the platform. You will be instrumental in driving significant end-user productivity gains and maintaining a robust, reliable system. This position is located in Dhaka, BD, and reports to the Salesforce System Manager.
