The Role: Hands-On Recruitment
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across our group. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you'll spend your days sourcing candidates, screening CVs, on the phone assessing potential, arranging interviews and keeping the pipeline constantly full.
But it's not just about filling roles. You'll also help implement our future strategy for early-career talent hiring, enhance our employer value proposition, and build relationships with universities and education providers to create sustainable talent pipelines.
