Position Summary
Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Data Services Specialist. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client information within our core operating systems, catering to both BSW and BSP end clients. Responsibilities encompass processing requests via Salesforce workflows, utilizing administrative tools within core systems, conducting data analysis, and delivering clear explanations to advisors and end-users. As a key custodian of client data, this role not only fulfills essential day-to-day functions but also evolves to demonstrate expertise in specific areas over time. The precision and reliability of client data management are paramount to our company’s core values, reflecting our unwavering commitment to data integrity.
Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 day per week, or as assigned by their team leader.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be $50,000 - $60,000 per year. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
