We’re looking for a YouTube-focused Senior Platform Strategist who lives at the pulse of the internet and turns cultural heat into sharp, high-impact content. This role blends strategic rigor with creative instinct, operating where culture, creativity, and performance meet to make YouTube a living, breathing platform — not just a channel.
You’ll think on a senior level, see like a creative, and obsess like a true YouTube native. Deeply enthusiastic about platforms and algorithms, you’ll iterate relentlessly, refine ideas until they’re razor-sharp, and translate trends, formats, and audience behavior into YouTube-first concepts that are visually bold, culturally fluent, and built to perform.
