Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, and prioritize meetings, travel arrangements, and events, ensuring that all commitments are met efficiently.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring messages are conveyed promptly and accurately.
- Review incoming emails, identify urgent or priority tasks, and manage the follow-up and scheduling of action items accordingly.
- Provide support in organizing, tracking, and updating the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on schedule.
- Input and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Draft, update, and distribute internal reports, ensuring that all data is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions with clients, maintain accurate records, and help streamline workflows.
