About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Assistant to support a growing B2B consulting and SaaS-focused organization serving the construction industry. This role is execution-focused and ideal for a marketer who enjoys building campaigns, managing CRM systems, and driving measurable results through digital channels.
You’ll play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting SaaS growth initiatives in a results-driven environment.
Duties / Tasks to perform
- Execute and manage day-to-day marketing activities across social media, email, and direct outreach channels
- Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Design simple marketing visuals using Canva
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts and reels
- Engage with target audiences through comments, reactions, and direct messages
- Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with ideal customer profiles
- Execute LinkedIn, email, and messenger outreach campaigns
- Maintain consistent follow-up and outreach sequences
- Log and manage all lead activity within the CRM system
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
- Maintain clean, organized CRM data including lead stages, tags, and segmentation
- Support CRM and marketing automation workflows
- Track performance metrics related to engagement, leads, demos, and conversions
- Prepare simple weekly or monthly performance summaries
- Use AI tools to support content creation and outreach drafts, with full human review and quality control
- Assist with marketing collateral, lead magnets, blog content, and website updates as needed
