Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints. Fresh Prints is a New York-based, fast-growing, fully remote, 150-person company that has most of our team in India and the Philippines. A few years ago, Fresh Prints started helping other fast-growing companies build their teams. We got so good at it that we decided to spin out a new company to focus exclusively on that and call it Frontier.

About the Client:
With Coverage provides tech-enabled business insurance for leading brands in the mid-market and enterprise. Their platform and specialized team help clients save meaningful amounts of money on insurance, save time, and protect their business as they scale. The company is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Growth Operations team. In this role, you'll support the Growth team by managing key administrative and operational tasks that enable our Growth team to focus on lead generation and closing deals in new verticals. We are an intense and fast-growing Series A InsurTech startup and are looking to bring on motivated and exceptional individuals to help us scale in this next phase.
As a Growth Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting With Coverage’s Growth team through inbox management, prospecting, outreach, project coordination, and operational support. Working closely with a lean and collaborative team, you’ll directly assist the Growth Vertical Lead by managing communications, organizing priorities, and driving pipeline-related initiatives.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in executive support, sales or growth operations, heavy email/inbox management, and project management. High performers will have meaningful growth opportunities, including increased ownership and the chance to eventually lead initiatives or manage a team.
