Their work spans full journey mapping, process improvement, CRM and marketing automation, HubSpot implementations and designing practical ways for AI to make everyday work easier and more efficient. They became one of the fastest partners to reach HubSpot Diamond status, and are now increasingly focused on strategy as their key point of differentiation.
They are a lean, fully remote team of around twenty people across Australia and Southeast Asia, working in a flat structure where ideas are welcomed, people are trusted and everyone contributes to shaping the future of the business.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Technical Consultant to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market clients. You will step in to centralise the relationship, take full ownership of the client management function, and ensure every engagement is anchored in a clear understanding of the client’s business, goals and definition of success.
What You’ll Do
Act as the main contact for clients and lead the conversations that uncover their goals and reporting needs.
Turn client objectives into clear briefs for HubSpot specialists and the solutions architect.
Set and manage expectations around communication, timelines and deliverables, including reining in clients when needed.
Oversee delivery end to end, working closely with technical teams and reviewing work before it goes to clients.
Understand how clients use their systems and where HubSpot and connected workflows can be improved.
What You’ll Bring
3+years in an Account Manager or Client Services role within a digital, MarTech or web focused agency.
Strong understanding of go to market activity, lead generation and marketing workflows.
Digital literacy across areas like SEO, website journeys, email automation and CRM based marketing.
Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to guide client relationships with structure and

You enjoy understanding how a business works, asking thoughtful questions and ensuring strategy ties back to real goals.
This Role is Not for You If...
You prefer a hybrid or hands on implementation role. This position is intentionally account led rather than delivery led.
You find it difficult to set or enforce client expectations or to hold clients accountable to timelines.
Your primary strength is using a specific tool. The differentiation here is understanding the business and guiding the bigger picture.

Salary benchmark of $80,000–$100,000 + super + bonus, depending on level of experience and demonstrated capability.
