This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Bogotá, Colombia.
As a Software Engineer on the Digital Experience Analytics + Agents (DXAA) team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering Fullstory customers by delivering critical insights into their users' digital interactions through AI powered product analytics features.
Every day, you will be architecting and developing robust systems, experimenting with the latest in AI, and collaborating closely with a passionate team to turn complex data into delightful user experiences. To excel in this job, you must be product focused, possess a strong customer centric mindset, and have a high level of ownership & autonomy. Ideally you will also have a strong background in full stack engineering and demonstrable experience building and deploying AI Agents or features powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
In a typical day, you might:
Collaborate with Design, PM, and Engineering teammates to plan, architect, and build complex features in a tight feedback loop with our customers. Well-written communication is essential.
Architect, build, and scale systems that unlock key functionality across all of our products and teams using React, Typescript and Go.
Partner with our AI Platform team to build innovative AI Agents that better serve our customers’ needs.
Maintain and troubleshoot parts of Fullstory's production environment, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, and driving improvements to system reliability and performance.
Drive improvements to engineering processes, tooling, and best practices, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering organization and sharing your expertise in AI development.
Here's what we’re looking for:
Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, enterprise-grade services using languages like Go, C++, Rust, or Java.
Experience in a fullstack environment, with an ability to contribute across the stack when needed using React, TypeScript, or similar front end technologies.
Experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered features or AI Agents, either in a professional capacity or through significant personal projects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
English language fluency (speaking, reading, writing) is required for collaboration with our US-based teams.
The impact you will have in 6 Months:
You will be delivering features to production with growing autonomy, taking ownership of projects that directly help our customers understand their digital experience issues.
You will have become a trusted technical voice on the team, influencing the design and architecture of new AI-powered features on the product roadmap.
The impact you will have in 12 Months:
You will have taken ownership of a significant AI-related project, delivering features to production that directly enhance our customers' ability to understand their digital experiences.
You will be a go-to expert for a core part of our AI infrastructure, using customer insights and your deep technical knowledge to mentor others and shape the future of the product.
This is a full-time employment opportunity facilitated via our Employer of Record (EOR), Rippling. Your local employment- payroll, benefits, and compliance, will be administered by Rippling in accordance to the local labor laws in your country.
The base salary for this position ranges between $80,000 - $89,000 USD. Base salary will vary based on relevant experience, job-related skills and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary, contingent upon Fullstory meeting its performance targets.
