G MASS Consulting are supporting a leading Audit & Advisory firm as they strengthen their pricing leadership capability. We’re looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to lead and shape pricing strategy across insurance products, markets and customer segments. This role has ownership of complex, end-to-end pricing decisions, balancing growth, profitability, risk and customer value within a regulated insurance environment.
Acting as a strategic lead, you’ll influence company-wide commercial decisions, provide thought leadership on insurance pricing and help scale pricing capability across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute insurance pricing strategy in partnership with senior leadership to drive sustainable growth and profitability
- Own end-to-end pricing across insurance products and initiatives, from design and launch through to monitoring and optimisation
- Lead pricing for new insurance propositions, market entries, portfolio changes, and major commercial initiatives
- Develop scalable pricing frameworks, methodologies, and performance metrics aligned to underwriting and risk appetite
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support underwriting, product, and executive decision-making
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, product, finance, data, distribution, and operations to embed pricing into core insurance processes
- Drive pricing innovation, challenge existing approaches, and raise organisational pricing maturity within the insurance context
- Mentor and develop pricing team members, fostering best practice and a high-performance culture
