The International/Domestic Logistics Coordinator manages the full shipping process for both international and domestic orders. This role oversees coordination with factories, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure on-time, compliant, and cost-effective delivery. The coordinator also prepares shipping documentation, tracks orders, and communicates updates across teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
*Responsibilities:*
Coordinate ocean, air, and truck shipments from origin to delivery.
Prepare and verify import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
Support customs clearance and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
Arrange drayage and local deliveries for inbound and outbound orders.
Track shipments, update system records, and communicate status to internal teams.
Send shipping notices and invoices on time.
Resolve carrier or warehouse delays and verify pallet counts and routing requirements.
*Requirements:*
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping, documentation, and Incoterms.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in logistics systems, Microsoft Office, and shipment tracking tools.
*Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination or freight forwarding.
Experience with customs procedures and multimodal shipping (air, ocean, truck)
