Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist will support end-to-end marketing initiatives, including lead generation, email marketing, social media marketing, and brand development. Depending on project requirements, the role may also involve collaboration on website and landing page optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation strategies aligned with project and business objectives
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation
- Create and manage social media marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and engagement
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
- Support integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and project stakeholders
Web & Digital Support (Advantageous, Not Required)
- Assist with website and landing page content updates
- Support conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Basic familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) or HTML/CSS is considered an asset
