GHX is seeking an experienced Principal Engineer with deep technical expertise and a proven track record in operationalizing AI in SDLC. The role reports to the VP of Enterprise Architecture (EA) and will be responsible for discovering/driving how will be used across SDLC aspects including Project Management, Coding, Quality, Security, CICD/IaC, Infrastructure, Incident Management and Operations. The role requires hands-on experience with modern development of languages, tools and technologies.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in AWS, Github, Java/Python, LLMs, MCP Servers, Agents, Jira, Confluence.

Estimated Salary Range: $182,000 - $214,000 plus bonus
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
