Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Role Description

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will provide consistent, goal-driven therapy to clients across Indiana. Alongside direct care, you will support clinical standards through documentation review and supervision activities, helping maintain quality across the care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Provide supervision or case guidance to associate counselors
• Participate in clinical reviews and care coordination
• Adjust interventions based on client progress
