Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to deliver structured mental health services through a virtual care model. This role centers on assessment, counseling, and ongoing client support in a predictable workweek. The focus remains on quality care, thoughtful documentation, and steady therapeutic progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via telehealth
• Perform clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Create and update treatment plans
• Maintain compliant and timely documentation
• Monitor outcomes and adjust counseling strategies
• Follow Kentucky LPCC practice guidelines
