Mid-Market Account Executive

Greenhouse is looking for a Mid-Market I Account Executive to join our Sales team!

As a key member of our Sales organization, you’ll play an invaluable role in Greenhouse’s growth strategy and ability to achieve company goals. You’ll be an individual contributor focusing on a strategic segment of our customers, running qualified leads generated by a mature Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization, and conducting in-depth demos for prospects.

What you’ll do

• Be an impactful player on a high-­performing sales team
• Drive an effective sales process to hit (and exceed!) your quarterly goals
• Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives
• Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

You should have

• Demonstrated full-cycle sales experience handling complex deals (at least 5-figure deals)
• A track record of hitting and exceeding quota
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The national base pay target for this role is $90,000.00. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).
