The Opportunity:
As a Software Engineer in our Lives Covered Organization (Billing/Claims Engine) at Grow Therapy, you’ll play a key role in evolving one of our foundational billing systems critical to the success of our business model.
Billing Platform: This team owns the backbone of our financial infrastructure — building scalable, intelligent, and transparent billing experiences that enable our business to grow with confidence.
Claims Engine: This team's focus is to power our revenue cycle by building the most intelligent, scalable, and efficient claims engine in mental healthcare.

Role Details:
This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) or fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate’s working location.
