On behalf of Vodori, GT is looking for a Configuration Specialist interested in SaaS configuration, system integrations, and hands-on product implementation.
It’s a part-time role (4 hours/day), during the first half of the European day.
The initial project duration is 3 months , with a possible extension.
Start date: January.

The Configuration Specialist works with the internal Professional Services team, Customer Success Managers, and customers to identify solutions, perform product configurations, and maintain customer instances of the company’s SaaS products. This role requires experience in performing SaaS configuration using text-based files and knowledge of change control principles and systems integrations. Additionally, experience with Github, Jira, EDN (Extensible Data Notation), and external IdP configuration is preferred. Strong Excel skills or proficiency in Python are an added bonus.
Implement new product configuration according to customer specifications
Identify and resolve configuration issues through debugging and troubleshooting
Perform configuration of product expansions and add-ons for existing customers
Perform customer content migrations between legacy systems and Vodori
Thoroughly test and validate product configurations and customer migrations
Partner with Implementation Managers to identify solutions within configuration constraints to help achieve customer goals
Articulate configuration and integration capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences
Manage competing priorities and identify risks and issues impacting our ability to deliver on commitments
Identify and execute internal and customer-facing improvement opportunities to optimize delivery of services and product capabilities
Develop and maintain detailed configuration documentation and best practices for internal teams and customers
Support and lead peers in internal training opportunities
2–4 years of experience in software configuration
Translate customer needs into configuration solutions
Be both a “doer” and leader on projects with varying degrees of complexity
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bias to delight customers
Thrives in ambiguity
Work with an eye toward efficiency and process improvement
Skilled in working across multiple projects simultaneously, able to adapt to and manage shifting priorities
Knowledge of business process management (BPM) or enterprise content management (ECM) a plus
