The Vice President of Human Resources will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for architecting and leading a high-performing, scalable human capital strategy to support our growing team of nearly 200 clinicians and our broader workforce. This individual will lead and expand a talented HR team, overseeing all aspects of human resources including performance management, total benefits and rewards, employee relations, building and maintaining operational excellence, employee engagement, and a mission-driven culture at scale.
