The Opportunity: As a product engineer, you’ll work closely with our team of 11 to ship features that build user love and drive meaningful clinical impact.

Responsibilities

• Own our application layer, including the user-facing dashboard and internal admin panel, and the APIs, job queuing system, and PostgreSQL database that power them

• Collaborate with product, clinicians, MLE, data, and infrastructure engineers to build new product features

Requirements

• Experience in maintaining and owning entire application systems

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with other engineering teams and product

• Experience building software from 0 to 1

• Experience using AI coding tools like Cursor to build high-quality code

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in applied AI companies with strong product traction (not hype-driven firms).

• Experience working at early-stage healthtech startups

• Familiarity with EHR schemas/standards (FHIR/HL7)

• Exposure to AI/ML products in healthcare
