We’re looking for a Head of Recruitment who can own hiring strategy and execution end to end for a fast-growing, globally distributed team. This role is built for a scrappy, systems-minded leader who knows how to recruit at scale for remote roles, move fast without sacrificing quality, and build repeatable hiring engines from the ground up.
You will be responsible for setting recruiting strategy, owning sourcing and pipeline health, and ensuring we consistently place high-quality talent across executive support, marketing, technical, and operational roles. This is not a passive leadership role. You will be hands-on, deeply involved in sourcing, process design, and closing critical hires.
If you thrive in startup environments, know how to balance speed with judgment, and enjoy building recruiting infrastructure rather than inheriting it, this role is a strong fit.
Why You’ll Want to Join
- You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
- Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
- Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
- 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you’re most productive
- High ownership role with direct influence on company growth and talent quality
- Opportunity to build and lead the recruitment function as the company scales

- Design and refine recruiting workflows, scorecards, and hiring playbooks
- Implement and optimize ATS and sourcing tools
- Ensure consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Track recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time to hire, and quality signals
Team and Partner Management
- Manage or mentor recruiters and sourcers as the team grows
- Apply BPO-style discipline where helpful without sacrificing startup speed
- Hold recruiting partners accountable to quality and performance standards
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing leadership
- Proven experience hiring for remote roles across multiple functions
- Background in BPO, agency, or high-volume recruiting environments is a strong plus
- Startup experience with comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- Strong sourcing instincts and willingness to stay hands-on
- Confident communicator who can partner with leadership and influence hiring decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience building recruiting teams or functions from scratch
- Familiarity hiring for global or offshore talent markets
- Strong data instincts around funnels, sourcing performance, and hiring outcomes
How to Apply
Please include:
- Your updated resume
- A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and explaining how you’ve built or scaled recruiting functions for remote teams
