We’re looking for a HubSpot Specialist to own and optimize CRM across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll be the go-to HubSpot expert, ensuring the platform runs like a well-oiled machine, empowering teams to hit goals faster.
Responsibilities
- Administer HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) and keep it running at peak performance.
- Build workflows, automations, and lead routing/enrichment to deliver the right data to the right people.
- Configure pipelines, deal stages, and notifications to streamline sales processes.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into key KPIs.
- Manage marketing workflows and newsletters, ensuring segmentation, template quality, and deliverability.
- Keep CRM data accurate and lifecycle stages updated.
- Integrate HubSpot with tools like Aircall, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and more.
- Train and onboard team members, enabling them to use HubSpot effectively.
