We are seeking a highly organized, fast-moving, and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support growing demand within a technology advisory and procurement consultancy. This role blends operations, commercial intelligence, and sales support, ensuring leadership has accurate information, clean data, and ready-to-use materials to make decisions quickly.
This is a behind-the-scenes, high-trust role. You will work closely with leadership day to day to extend attention, protect time, and keep work moving forward. Accuracy matters. Speed matters. Ownership matters.

Duties and Responsibilities
Commercial Intelligence & Deal Support
- Build and maintain pricing workbooks and comparison tools for client and vendor evaluations
- Create pricing matrices comparing MSRP, discounts, net effective rates, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
- Turn around pricing analysis, comparisons, and summaries quickly to support active deals
- Support RFPs and RFIs by managing timelines, organizing vendor responses, and summarizing inputs
- Analyze historical deal data and benchmarks to validate pricing fairness
- Prepare short, clear internal summaries that allow leadership to act without delay
Revenue Integrity & Tracking
- Track commission terms and structures across vendors and partners
- Validate monthly commission reports for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile expected versus actual payments and flag discrepancies early
- Maintain organized records of commission history, timing, and payment status
- Prepare concise summaries to support timely follow-ups on late or incorrect payments
CRM Accuracy & Data Hygiene
- Maintain CRM systems as a reliable source of truth
- Ensure accounts, vendors, deals, notes, and documentation are complete and accurate
- Enrich records with clear business context so information is easy to find
- Keep data current so leadership never has to chase information
Operations, Scheduling & Workflow Support
- Provide operational support to meet increasing business demand
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate Zoom Meetings, Zoom Scheduler, and related tools
- Support sales outreach, follow-ups, introductions, and action items
- Track open threads and proactively push work forward when it stalls
- Support travel planning, scheduling, and logistics as needed
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Build new processes and improve existing workflows to increase efficiency
- Document processes and assist with creating simple SOPs, templates, and trackers
- Maintain organized records of proposals, sales activity, and operational documentation
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across all operational tasks
- Handle business and client information with confidentiality
