This associate-level position serves as a central hub for data management, client outreach coordination, and inter-team communication. The role focuses on maintaining high data standards while managing both routine administrative tasks and real-time communication needs. Key areas include database auditing, market research, client engagement coordination, and billing support. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle high-volume communication across multiple stakeholders.
This position requires exceptional professional communication skills with comfort in high-volume phone work and cross-team liaison responsibilities. The ideal candidate demonstrates meticulous organizational accuracy, particularly in data entry and financial submissions, while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach to scheduling challenges and difficult conversations. Strong time management abilities are essential for balancing repetitive administrative duties with urgent, real-time communication demands.
• Conduct routine audits of referral databases to ensure information accuracy and currency
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify new campaign opportunities and strategies
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal staff inquiries, ensuring proper handling and routing of requests
• Coordinate client appreciation initiatives by managing contact data and overseeing personalized mailer fulfillment
• Facilitate financial workflows by managing invoice submissions and billing support processes
