You approach growth through disciplined execution, attention to detail, and continuous optimization. Success in this role comes from combining hands-on operational control with a strong bias toward results in live and social commerce.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate listings, smooth workflows, and consistent execution.
• Plan, execute, and support live selling initiatives to drive engagement and sales performance.
• Operate TikTok Shop Lives with a focus on conversion, pacing, and operational accuracy.
• Track performance inside the platform and make execution-level adjustments to improve outcomes.
