WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Full Funnel Media Planner in the role of Paid Media Specialist for Region Central Europe you will focus on full-funnel media planning and orchestration, while playing a key role bringing global media strategies to life in local markets.
You are responsible for end-to-end media planning and execution across the full funnel, ensuring high-quality delivery that supports omni-channel sales performance and brand growth across digital and offline touchpoints.
You will:
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns aligned with market strategy, goals, and budget, focusing mainly on awareness and consideration media, while connecting strategies to conversion activities
- Plan and optimize paid media campaigns, steering agency partners, ensuring correct setup, pacing and performance across multiple media channels, including digital (CTV, DOOH, paid social, Display and OLV) and offline (radio, OOH).
- Orchestrate media activations across channels and funnel stages, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal sequence of touchpoints
- Lead collaboration with agency partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, quality of execution and delivery against agreed KPIs and timelines
- Follow up on campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities across the full funnel and apply learnings to ongoing and future activations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of media planning quality, operational excellence, performance transparency and ways of working across teams

The Customer Activation & Marketing function creates seamless and inspiring journeys that attract new customers, increase traffic (digital and physical), and elevate our brand. We work cross-functionally to translate data and insights into holistic plans - from communication and campaigns to membership strategies.
The Media function drives customer engagement, brand growth, and sales through impactful full-funnel strategies across paid, performance, and owned channels.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- Extensive professional experience in media planning, with proven track record of managing CTV, (D)OOH, Display & OLV and paid social media campaigns
- Hands-on experience in full-funnel media planning and execution, especially in brand and consideration strategies and tactics
- Clear understanding of multi-touchpoint media campaign strategies and optimization (including both digital and offline brand media channels)
- Experience working with external agencies and coordinating cross-channel media plans and executions
- Knowledge of key media channels, including digital, (D)OOH, CTV and media landscape in the Central European Region (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland)
- A good understanding of performance metrics and brand KPIs, and KPI-based optimization across the funnel
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns holistically and measure consideration, brand awareness, recognition, efficiency and incrementality.
- Proven ability to set, manage and optimize full-funnel media budgets, balancing upper- and lower funnel investment
- Tactical experience in driving brand and customer growth through full-funnel media strategies, ideally within relevant local markets
