About HubSpot’s Strategic Partnerships Team

HubSpot's Strategic Partnerships and Business Development team drives innovation and growth by cultivating a diverse portfolio of strategic partners. We create, scale, and manage high-impact partnerships that advance HubSpot’s mission to help millions of organizations grow better.

As a Senior Strategic Product Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in building and scaling high-value relationships, unlocking incremental growth opportunities, and delivering measurable impact across the ecosystem. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strategic thinking, relationship management, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Partnership Strategy & Management

    • Manage a portfolio of strategic product partners to achieve business and product objectives.
    • Develop and execute partner strategies, business plans, and joint initiatives that align with HubSpot’s growth goals.
    • Build executive-level relationships internally and externally to drive trust, influence, and buy-in.

  • Execution & Performance

    • Define and monitor partner performance metrics, reporting regularly on outcomes and opportunities.
    • Direct ownership over complex cross-functional partner negotiations and contract management.
    • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify whitespace opportunities.
    • Anticipate risks and proactively address challenges to ensure long-term success.

  • Collaboration & Enablement

    • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales, Engineering) to drive partner initiatives from strategy to execution.
    • Support seamless partner integrations and ensure operational excellence.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to inform investment decisions.
    • Inspires teams through change, leading by example, setting clear direction, continually sharing context, and securing buy-in from key stakeholders.

  • Innovation & Growth

    • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities to strengthen HubSpot’s Strategic Partnerships
    • Drive creative go-to-market (GTM) programs that influence positive growth of revenue, market share, and customer value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing strategic product partnerships in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex issues into clear action plans.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing executive audiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Data-driven with experience building executive summaries, performance reports and business cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, operate with autonomy, and deliver results.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product partnerships or business development roles with direct exposure to Ads or MarTech products
  • Direct experience collaborating with product and engineering teams and influencing product roadmaps
  • Successful track record working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Demonstrable project management and analytical skills, including building and executing GTM plans.
  • Hands on experience launching products or features that required deep technical integration with external partners
  • Ability to translate partner capabilities and constraints into product requirements, tradeoffs, and roadmap decisions.
  • Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Willingness to move quickly to execute against tight timelines and projects, while maintaining an adaptable yet strong work ethic and approach

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
$130,000—$200,000 USD
