Entry-Level Client Training and Onboarding

This is Hybrid role (3 days in office /2 days remote)

A great opportunity for recent college graduates and seniors graduating this spring or winter who are interested in pursuing a career in financial services and brokerage. Our hands-on training program is specifically designed for entry-level candidates, pairing you with a mentor and allowing you to work within a cohesive team in a nurturing environment that fosters a supportive culture. As you progress, you'll have access to rotational opportunities. Series 7 sponsorship is also available, should you choose to pursue it.

About your Team:

The onboarding team collaborates to provide new and prospective clients with exceptional attention and support. Each team member manages their own group of clients, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues. Experienced team members serve as mentors, guiding junior staff through complex or non-standard inquiries. As junior staff gain experience, they evolve into seasoned team members themselves, ultimately becoming mentors. This structure enhances the overall knowledge within the team.

What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:

• Assist with new, and prospective, client inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and tickets
• Coordinate new client onboarding process, helping with applications, approvals, asset deposits, incoming transfers, and reporting.
• Host individualized platform-related client training sessions using Teams.
• Consistently provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience.

What required skill’s you need:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably finance or economics – all major’s welcome
• Working with clients in any capacity
• Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred
• Bilingual Spanish roles available
