As we rapidly expand globally, we’re looking for a Commissions Specialist to join our Revenue Operations Team. In this role, you will be the key driver of commission accuracy and transparency. You will collaborate closely with other departments, including Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting, to maintain clear and timely commission processes and support Ideals’ sustained revenue growth.
You will have an opportunity to participate in related projects, such as refining calculation methodology, redesigning commission policies, and driving other pilot initiatives.
You will report directly to the Data Quality and Commissions Team Lead, Denys Koretskyi.
Calculate sales commissions for sales professionals across various countries and sales verticals
Collaborate with the sales team and address their commission-related questions
Perform data analysis for tactical decisions, reporting, and commission documentation tracking
Support and enhance current commission processes, and offer insights to the leadership team
Maintain and update documentation for commission processes, ensuring clarity and compliance
Lead projects and pilot initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement in operations
2–4 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid background in commission calculations/payroll/billing
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical and system skills, with the ability to work through complex data and maintain high attention to detail
Strong self-organization skills and the ability to deliver results independently
Understanding of sales process
Experience in optimization of business processes
