We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Director, Global Sourcing working remote.
ROLE COMMITMENTS

- Implement 6 AI initiatives focused on replacing repetitive or highly manual tasks
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize the organization's purchasing processes and drive cost savings.
- Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Oversee the supplier selection process, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective products and services.
- Lead supplier VA/VE projects engagements, partnering with iFIT’s' Product and Quality teams to continually drive optimized costs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their procurement needs and provide strategic guidance and support.
- Establish and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improving the organization's procurement processes and strategies.
- Influence Contract Manufacturer’s manufacturing processes, technology decisions, and policies in a beneficial and sustainable way.
- Implement CM and Supplier performance controls to ensure operational excellence.
- Build and own overall project budgets and generate capitalization plan based on project timeline focusing on TCO of the categories managed.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and performance metrics to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field; A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving results.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, C.P.M.) are a plus.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
