We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Manager, CRM & User Retention, remotely in the United States.
COMPENSATION

ROLE COMMITMENTS
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lifecycle Strategy & Architecture:
Own and optimize the end-to-end user lifecycle, from onboarding and activation through engagement, retention, and win-back.
Design cohesive, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across Email (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and Mobile Push/In-App (OneSignal).
Leverage Branch for deep linking and attribution to create seamless user experiences and accurately measure retention impact.
Execution & Data Integration
Build and execute automated workflows and ad-hoc campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder) and OneSignal.
Act as the primary stakeholder for the Customer Data Platform (Segment), defining user traits and events to ensure clean data flow between the app, data warehouse, and marketing tools.
Lead a robust A/B testing roadmap across subject lines, send times, channels, and creative variants to continuously improve performance.
Analysis & Reporting
Track and report on key retention and engagement metrics including D1/D7/D30 retention, churn, LTV, open rates, and DAU/MAU.
Conduct cohort analyses to identify drop-off points in the user journey and implement data-driven interventions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
5–8+ years of total marketing experience, with at least 3–4 years focused on CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Experience with mobile messaging tools such as OneSignal and attribution/deep-linking platforms such as Branch.
Comfortable working with customer data platforms and data integrations; experience with Segment preferred.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Amplitude.
Understanding of mobile-first marketing principles, including push permissioning, deep linking, and mobile UI constraints.
Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Marketo, or HubSpot.
SQL knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to design sophisticated lifecycle strategies and complex segmentation frameworks across channels.
