OUR HIRING PROCESS:
INFUSE is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to hunt, develop, and close net-new business across targeted accounts. This is a pure hunter role suited for a self-sufficient seller who thrives in outbound environments, owns their book of business end-to-end, and is accountable for revenue outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B demand generation, MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, or technology-led solutions, and is comfortable driving deals from first touch through contract execution.
Own and execute a territory and account-based business plan focused on net-new revenue
Prospect into new and existing target accounts using outbound, social, and referral-led strategies
Drive full-cycle sales execution — from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
Build and manage a healthy, accurate pipeline to support forecasting and revenue predictability
Lead sales conversations, discovery calls, and solution demos with mid-market and enterprise buyers
Collaborate closely with Demand Strategists to design custom, performance-driven solutions
Position INFUSE’s value across demand generation, ABM, intent-driven marketing, and brand-to-demand
Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide clear visibility into deal progress
Operate autonomously while contributing insights back to the wider sales and GTM teams
5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a quota-carrying B2B sales role
Proven success in a hunter / new business acquisition role
Background in demand generation, MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, or B2B marketing services preferred
Demonstrated ability to build and grow your own book of business
Strong prospecting skills across outbound, LinkedIn, email, and network-driven selling
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
Highly organized with strong time management and pipeline discipline
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with minimal oversight
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
Consistent generation of net-new pipeline and closed-won revenue
Strong alignment between pipeline health and forecast accuracy
Ability to confidently represent INFUSE at all stages of the buyer journey
Trusted internal partner to strategy, client success, and leadership teams
